What nonprofit do you feel makes the greatest impact in our community?
Fighting Huntington’s disease is personal to myself an my family. We have started a fund with John’s Hopkins University and raise money for research that can help people living with this terrible disease.
What volunteer experience has impacted you the most?
I volunteer to raise money for Huntington’s disease research. I am a board member with a specific part of John’s Hopkins that is close to reaching our $250K goal and have organized fund raising events for this research. My Sister in law was diagnosed with the disease and anything I can do to help her and others with the disease has a large impact on me.
What’s your favorite way to get involved in the community?
I love events. We have hosted several events as a company to raise money for different causes and I always like to get hands on and out in the community.
