What is your company Elevator pitch when talking about your company?
We are an innovative B2B IT services company that believes in the importance of the customer experience and on cutting-edge technologies.
How do you go about making difficult leadership decisions, both big and small?
When it comes to big decisions, I try not to make them in a silo. I will lean towards people that I trust as a sounding board. I also try to analyze the facts and also perhaps look at past examples.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to enhance their leadership skills?
Honing one’s leadership skills is a process – it does not happen overnight. One also needs to understand that leadership is multi-dimensional – there are a lot of factors (i.e. emotional intelligence) that comes into play if one wants to be a well-rounded leader. If one wants to enhance their skills, I suggest read, watch YouTube videos of leaders you admire, as well as observe those around you.
What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?
I think this is not necessarily unique to just InterraIT, but one challenge is finding, hiring, and retaining top talent in this post-COVID era.
