What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
We expect to see the digital tools that were formerly limited to larger advertisers, who could optimize their martech stack to utilize the wealth of consumer data made available to all advertisers.
In the short term, we recommend that all advertisers record as much user data as possible, with permission, of course, to enable them to act on these opportunities as they become available.
