What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
With platforms constantly changing, what once worked doesn’t mean it work the same, or produce the same results. I see social media becoming a more recognized type of marketing, while brands also learning that one type of marketing will not lead to a successful brand. It takes a team.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
A tip I would give is to focus on the customers. Algorithms and trends are constantly changing and it’s almost insane to keep up with them. Your customers are testimonials to what your brand stands for.
What is your favorite marketing software that you utilize?
Sprout Social is my favorite social media management tool. It is easy to navigate and see all platforms in one location.
Are there any trade organizations or groups that you belong to?
On LinkedIn, I keep up with “Social Media Today” as well as a few others.
