What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
First party data. Changes in the digital environment will make it incredibly important to collect and analyze your data in ways beyond what you are doing now.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Think omnichannel. If you can tie your digital marketing efforts to direct mail, you can increase your ROAS astronomically than using one medium alone.
What are the major challenges that you (and/or other advertisers) face today?
Right now, companies are thinking they need to pull back because of market uncertainty. Showing that maintaining advertising budgets even in uncertain times is critical for small businesses is one of our great challenges.
What are the most effective advertising tactics and/or media for your company?
