What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
More of a focus on doing digital marketing right, rather than trying to be everywhere and anywhere at once. Successful agencies will continue to shift from a transactional approach of selling fulfillment services to more advisory long-term partnerships with brands they can help grow and thrive by creating an integrated marketing ecosphere. Continuing to build systems around collecting better data to make better integrated marketing decisions will be key.
