What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Understand your target audience and create all of your messaging to speak only to that avatar.
What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
AI and machine learning tools will be substantially better than they are now (which many of them are already getting pretty good) and it will separate those who know how to utilize them and those who don’t. Those who work with them will be far more efficient and effective than others.
