What nonprofit do you feel makes the greatest impact in our community?
We are proud to have donated legal services to create two non-profits in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago, that have become tremendously successful.
1. Almost Home – an organization to feed, shelter and advance the needs of the homeless community.
2. Stuffed Love – An organization which
creates little heart pillows to help children as well as adults heal and get comfort following heart surgery.
What volunteer experience has impacted you the most?
Helping these two organizations has been fabulous. As a team our office has also provided food to a shelter and we have also donated time at the annual ball for a pediatric treasure chest for children with cancer. Each year for the last ten years, we have had a Christmas Toy Drive for children’s hospitals. We love it all!
What’s your favorite way to get involved in the community?
I host a local TV program which provides information and inspiration for local seniors. This has also been a wonderful platform for my legal and story-telling services.
