Improved targeting and attribution.
How do you go about making difficult leadership decisions, both big and small?
I always bring it back to core values and vision… it helps make difficult decisions much easier.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to enhance their leadership skills?
Never stop learning… read (Atomic Habits, Stealing Fire), watch videos (YouTube, industry publications), attend conferences (Digital Summit), hire a coach, and join a professional organization (EO, SEMpdx).
What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?
Recruiting and retaining top talent during the Great Resignation.
