What excites you the most about your industry?
When people see the value social media can bring to their business when they have a strategy in place.
How do you go about making difficult leadership decisions, both big and small?
I value honesty and doing the right thing so it all depends on how you handle the situation, especially after a mistake.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to enhance their leadership skills?
Trust yourself and listen to you gut! If something feels off, then it probably is.
What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?
Finding clients that are in your niche or a good fit your business can be a challenge, you don’t want to just accept every prospective client you talk to!
