What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
It’s really been occurring for many years already – continued use and refinement of marketing automation and intense social media presence and ad spend.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Build a strategy first – and get an agreed budget around “owned, earned and paid media channels” – then determine the tools, actions and resource to measure, tune and maximize for results.
What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?
