What is the biggest change in the advertising industry that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Social media advertising no longer working because of tracking and and rules changes. It’s all going back to relationship building.
What’s your biggest challenge with attracting and hiring talent in the past 2 years?
People are changing their work habits and exploring new passions. It’s a great thing, but it’s been difficult to find consistent talent.
