What is the biggest change in the advertising industry that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Digital platforms will begin to consolidate and a resurgence to traditional advertising will happen as advertisers begin to look for more customers outside their small circle of fans.
What’s your biggest challenge with attracting and hiring talent in the past 2 years?
Finding enough talented actors to fill the slots available to keep the shows fresh.
