Probably scalability. Depending on campaigns, sometimes you don’t need a fulltime person on the job. With outside help this commitment can be optimized with the overall budget best.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to media planning?
Be familiar with the terms of use. These platforms are becoming more strict with what you can use in your content, so knowing this before will save many headaches.

Creating a feed using Feedly, reading articles daily, weekly.
