What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Social Media will crack down more on privacy and our targeting capabilities. I also predict we will see a large backlash against social media.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Don’t start until you have enough budget to actually experiment and don’t just do what other people are doing. Be where you audience is.
What is something in your career that you learned from by making a mistake?
ALWAYS re-read ALL written copy out loud at least twice before publishing…and even then, have someone else read it too
