What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
A combo of: (1) Higher Digital Standards Expectations – having a crappy website or sloppy Google profile will not be acceptable; scan-ability for increasingly short attention spans; increase in replicating experience of common apps everyone uses with brand spaces (2) The complete opposite – analogue for the cool kids; email notes, physical items in mail, tactile pieces to the puzzle
