What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Although I see many companies and businesses using SMS messaging for marketing, I see an explosion of growth happening – especially for small businesses – in the next 2 years. I predict that it will almost be inevitable that most businesses will have to invest in SMS messaging and give it the same time and attention that they do their email marketing campaigns. SMS messaging has the capability to out-perform email marketing if done strategically and efficiently.
What makes your company unique?
My company is unique because we focus on creative marketing and communications solutions for black-owned and minority-owned businesses. We assist in creating equity for these businesses with our innovative and out-of-the-box solutions that often return results similar to or greater than a large-scale marketing firm.
