What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
No amount of money can buy consumer’s attention and interest so brands will need to move away from ads and branded content towards community and experiences
Brands will need to learn how to educate and entertain, and not just sell.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Use technology to scale the ability of your brand to win over one customer at a time and flip them from consumers to advocates in order to generate sustainable word-of-mouth marketing
What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?
Helping brands understand and adapt to digital culture through modern marketing approaches and customer centricity
