What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
The biggest change we see happening within the next couple of years is more companies incorporating the latest technology into their marketing plans. Virtual & Augmented Reality technologies have significantly increased in quality in the past few years and will continue to do so. We’ve seen advances on the software development side with the early releases of Epic’s Unreal Engine 5 and their Metahuman Creator, along with the realism on the hardware side with increased fidelity in the VIVE Pro 2 and Varjo XR-3 headsets, to name a few.
The ability to use VR/AR technology to create hugely immersive and interactive marketing experiences is something that all companies should begin researching now if they have not already. This is especially crucial as we slowly and safely begin returning back to live events.
