Increased fragmentation of spend and the revelation that most things don’t work all that well.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Stop worrying about it so much. Do great work, and build something so extraordinary people want to talk about it.
What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?
Finding meaning in their work and giving them the tools to do the extraordinary.
