What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Content marketing will continue to explode. It won’t be something nice to have but a necessity. Customers want to connect with a business before even visiting. So, to begin with, they want to see pictures, see the menu, read reviews, and have reasons made up in their mind of why they are going to your business.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Get an online presence. The world has moved online. No matter how small your business is, you can benefit from being online. It’s the modern equivalent of the town square, and everyone is there; your business should be too.
What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?
Helping small business owners make sense of digital marketing. There’s a lot of opportunity to reach customers online, we implement strategies so they can reach them.
