A shift from national, “blast” marketing to more customized and granular and hyper-local media and messaging.

Data is great but be selective in what data you pay for and how much you’re willing to pay for it.
What is something in your career that you learned from by making a mistake?
I learned (in a very embarrassing manner) to never go see a client without having an idea, offer, or solution.
