Shifting to demand generation vs lead generation.
What is something in your career that you learned from by making a mistake?
When I was early in my career I was obsessed with customer acquisition. I was excellent at validating an MVP and instead of using customer feedback to hone in my product I was just obsessed with getting more and more customers. I’ve learned to value customers and lead with a product focused strategy.
