What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
I believe that the biggest change coming is that marketing will need to be ultra-personal. No longer will sending mass emails, texts be sufficient. We will need to do a better job in delivering the most relevant content, offers, etc. to our audience. The website experience must also be dynamic based on a user’s past behaviors.
