What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
More and more the tactics are being automated. Technology can take a few pieces of information and implement, analyze, adjust, repeat faster than we can blink. The true value in marketing agencies will be in the partnerships, really knowing their clients and their customers, and providing great strategies to “feed the machines.” After all, the machines are trying to get humans to take action and create brand loyalty.
What makes your company unique?
We are more than a typical marketing firm. After 40+ years, we intentionally have no “shelf-ready” packages or “plug in play” programs. We always start with the strategy to build a solid foundation with compelling results. Our ReVision process clearly identifies the right problems (the customer’s and the client’s) to discover new opportunities. (Every problem is really just an opportunity.) Then, we develop a strategic action plan and craft a compelling story to engage the customer and inspire action.
