What is your company Elevator pitch when talking about your company?
Growth Engine is an innovation consulting and creativity thinking training company. We are experts in innovation, ideation, and qualitative research processes. Our innovation consulting work has created over $3 billion in new products and services for Fortune 500 Companies. Bryan Mattimore has written 4 books on ideation and innovation process and is a marketing and innovation instructor for Caltech.
What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
I do think the AI content creation programs (Jasper, RYTR, Open AI Playground, etc.) will lead to an exponential expansion of articles and postings by “subject matter experts” — leading to more and more “noise.”
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Combine the new AI content creation programs with original ideation processes to develop truly breakthrough ideas. Again, this will require developing the internal “ideation strategist” competency.
What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?
Generating original (and actionable) ideas that solve the widest variety of creative business challenges. We are now promoting to our clients the need for an internal “ideation strategist.”
