What is your company Elevator pitch when talking about your company?
Online Optimism is a creative digital marketing agency with 20+ Optimists working out of offices in New Orleans, Atlanta, Washington, DC and remotely. Our vision is to be the agency that clients want to work with, and people aspire to work for.
What excites you the most about your industry?
The combination of AI for copywriting + graphic design is going to automate much of the less exciting content creation work, while providing for those with exciting stories, and unique viewpoints to stand out.
How do you go about making difficult leadership decisions, both big and small?
I always ask my team. You’re only as good as those you surround yourself with.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to enhance their leadership skills?
Accept that leadership is one of those things that is learned best by doing, and dive right in.
What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?
I think navigating the changes to remote work, and continuing to learn to collaborate from afar.
