What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
The switch from old B2B selling methods to new ones, based on new digital customer needs and desires. We have seen over Covid, that buyer purchasing behavior has transitioned online and away from sales reps, to the point that over 50-60% of the sales cycle is completed before they do any outreach.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Marketing is all about emotions. Making someone feel what they need to feel to take the action that you want them to take. Knowing and understanding your customer, deeply and intimately is essential to creating that feeling. The better you know your customer, the better you can drive their actions.
What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?
Having marketing leadership with experience and expertise that is beyond their reach in a full time capacity.
