TikTok and other social media platforms are going to be game changers
Approachability that brands can convey across their ad campaigns will be a determining factor of success.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Consistency
Often times, business owners will look at a competitor and want the same results in a short time frame. Consistency builds greatness online.
What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?
Being in the Houston area, we work with several different industries, in particular oil & gas. We know in this industry, it is not if a crisis will happen, it is when.
When it comes to approaching your digital marketing strategy with crisis management, having communication channels in place, with an audience who are hungry for your content is essential.
Over the last few years, we see this aspect of digital marketing hitting every industry from outside factors (crisis). From Covid, to security breaches, etc. Having a multi-channel approach to your online marketing is imperative to seeing results.
We see each channel as a faucet and can turn the faucets on faster when something (outside of your control) affects a different digital channel.
