What is one tip that you would give when it comes to advertising?
Lisa: Test, test and test again. If it isn’t working the way you anticipated, tweak one thing at a time.
Jodi: Strategy & planning – we work with small businesses. It’s essential to create a strategy with a clear plan of action for campaigns before spending money on them.
What are the major challenges that you (and/or other advertisers) face today?
Lisa: Moving into web3 and the metaverse will change how we engage with prospects and how we are able to reach them
Jodi: Small business owners tend to dive right into things instead of taking a step back and planning first. It can be difficult to explain why planning is so important.
