What is the biggest change in the advertising industry that you see coming in the next 2 years?
The change of the web from a centralized internet to a decentralized. We are seeing some interesting things already happening in the Metaverse and NFT Space, how brands and companies will adapt will be key to our industry.
How is the trend towards streaming television (CTV) impacting your advertising strategies?
Not being affected
What’s your biggest challenge with attracting and hiring talent in the past 2 years?
We don’t currently have a problem with that. Thanks to a decentralized business model, we work with talent from all over the world
