What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Back to Direct Mail & Gifting as digital media becomes to saturated. Costs of social advertising is rising and effectiveness is decreasing so you need new fresh ways to stand out.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Always stay consistent and continue to put out content.
What are the major challenges that you (and/or other advertisers) face today?
Same as I mentioned above, the effectiveness of digital advertising. For some it is still great and others it becomes harder and harder to be seen.
How is the trend towards streaming television (CTV) impacting your advertising strategies?
It is a focus of ours, video, video streaming, etc.
