What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Use of the streaming space as typical video viewers and advertisers migrate from broadcast to the digital space.

What is the advantage to working with an outside media buyer as opposed to having just an internal marketing director?
Having been both in my career, an outside buyer can often see things that an internal marketing person can’t. They negotiate and purchase media typically with less bias and emotion.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to media planning?
Plan it early. I will put my media plan for 2022 to bed by the second week of November.
How does a media buyer stay on top of trends with media placement?
Industry press. I also have friends at Neilsen with whom I discuss trends.
