What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
We offer specializations in website accessibility, and are seeing growing numbers of companies sued under ADA for not-accessible websites. This will be a huge trend in the next 2-5 years, as many more business will NEED to make their sites compliant, but also realize that they WANT to make their sites accessible to greater numbers of people.
Are their any trade organizations or groups that you belong to?
I’m a contributor on the WordPress open source project (I “help make WordPress”), serving on the Support Team.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to media planning?
Cover the basics for web accessibility: alt text on your images, proper H-tag HTML structure and good color contrast. (All also help improve SEO!)
