What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Customized content and user experiences. Automation and attention to the Buyer’s Journey will give marketers better ways to engage more deeply and quickly with their audiences by giving them more choices, and delivering exactly what they want.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Give your audience choices in their engagement, in the content they receive from you, and in how you can serve them.
What is something in your career that you learned from by making a mistake?
Don’t ever assume you know what your audience wants. Engagement comes from communication, listening and connecting.
