What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Marketers are going to have to work harder than ever to fulfill the demand from the marketplace for high touch, high relevance and highly personalized experiences. (automation beware!)
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Always start with clarity about WHY you are pursuing this method.
