If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Stop chasing money and being too transactional. Please focus on the customer and treat them as guests at every turn. We want to build relationships and continue to do more business.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?We are focusing more on working with automotive OEMs and taking on less direct dealership clients. Also, I am growing the business to provide for the industries. I am planning on doing a speaking tour and writing another book.
